Return & cancellation policy

CNC Building Guide and supporting documents, provided by 8020CNC.com, are subject to electronic delivery. Once an access was granted to the members area of 8020CNC.com site, NO RETURN OR REFUND requests are accepted. Cancellation and refund are possible if the payment was sent, but the user have not received an access to the site.

In case of duplicated purchase (two or more payments with the same e-mail address) refund is available on user request. The request should be sent from the same e-mail that was used for the payment.
